I have been using Cothren's Pest Control for about a year. Heath Cothrens came out to address my problem of rats in my attic eating through the duct work. He explained where he thought they getting in. We fixed areas, had to get all new ducts replaced. Heath has come every month to check attic to make sure no new rats. Sprays around house, windows, doors for insects.Sweeps around house for spider webs. Very thorough, courteous, and calls to remind me that it is time to spray. Highly recommend Cothren's Pest Control!

I get the quarterly spray outside only which also prevents inside critters without inside chemicals. i just added the new mosquito treatment or stations.
